Geneva Costa has been exhibiting as a professional artist for over a decade, and also works as an art educator teaching drawing and painting classes at the high school level. The paintings at the exhibit show a departure from other figurative pieces that Costa is known for creating, moving from a more realistic rendering of the figure towards abstraction of the entire piece.

Sara Hanlon, graduate of MCAD, has enjoyed more than four decades as a studio artist with recognition, awards, exhibitions and sales with artworks in private and corporate collections across the US and abroad. Hanlon is owner and resident artist of Mill House Gallery & Gifts in Chaska’s historic downtown and teaches and conducts regular courses through Chaska’s community education.

Hanlon pioneered Polymeric Fusion® making art using a wide variety of plastics, reprocessed and bonded or fused together to make a work of art. Hanlon’s works are three dimensional with layered paint applications to reveal depth and textures.

The dates of the exhibition are August 1 through September 8.

BPAC Gallery Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
