Diesel is, a 12-week-old lab puppy, is in search of a home.
Editor's note: This is a weekly series called "Pet of the Week" where we feature a companion up for adoption from Dakota County animal rescues. Diesel is a darling, 12-week-old, yellow lab mix. He will likely top out around 40 to 45 pounds full grown. He has had his first puppy shots, been dewormed, frontlined, and has a HomeAgain microchip. Diesel is being fostered in Lakeville for a Happy Hound Rescue and is doing very well in his foster home. He will need someone home much of the time to continue his training. Tad is fine with cats and would love a canine playmate in his new home.

Tad is a very charming three-year-old beagle mix who weighs in at 36 pounds. He really enjoys going out for walks and playing with other dogs in a fenced in yard. He is fine with cats and would love a canine playmate in his new home. He is with a 5013c rescue and is being fostered in Lakeville. He is now neutered, microchipped, and fully vetted. He enjoys kids and is crate trained. He likes to play with toys and chase balls. He's doing very well on his housetraining. Red sleeps in a dog bed at night and is also crate trained.

Red is an adorable 5 year old lab/hound mix that is so deserving of a family. Red gets along great with cats! He is currently fostered in a home with several cats of all ages and doesn't bother them at all. He also loves people including kids. Red is good with other submissive dogs or would do wonderful as an only dog who gets all the attention. He sleeps in a dog bed at night and is also crate trained. Red loves to go for walks, but pulls pretty hard on the leash. He will need some more leash training, but certainly enjoys exploring the world. Please consider Red to be part of your family. …

Daisy wants nothing more than to be with people and be held.
Editor's note: This is a weekly series on Burnsville Patch called "Pet of the Week" where we feature acompanion up for adoption from Dakota County animal rescues. Daisy is a darling 9-month-old girl who weighs 32 pounds. She is a hound mix—likely beagle and lab. Daisy loves kids, dogs, and doesn't mind the cats. She is crate trained and doing well on her housetraining when let out on a schedule. Daisy wants nothing more than to be with people and be held. She's doing great with the school aged kids in her fosterhome and met some preschool kids and did great with them too. Daisy is being fostered in Lakeville for a 501c3 rescue.
