'Bliss in a Cup:' CherryBerry Opens in Burnsville
The self-serve frozen yogurt bar in Burnsville is just one of dozens of locations popping up all over the U.S.
Burnsville is now home to a self-serve yogurt franchise that is sweeping the nation. CherryBerry officially opened its doors on Travelers Trail on Thursday. The concept is sweet but simple: Patrons are encouraged to walk in, grab a cup and start mixing. CherryBerry offers a rotating menu of 16 frozen yogurt flavors and more than 50 toppings. The final result is priced by weight. “It’s like having pure frozen yogurt bliss in a cup,” CherryBerry Founder Dallas Jones said in a release from the company. “People can come in and make their own creations.” By all accounts, the Oklahoma-based brand is taking Minnesota by storm in 2012.
