Christopher Robert Nicholls, 22, was charged with one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Police were dispatched to an apartment complex in Eagan at 2:07 a.m. on Oct. 21. When they arrived, they spoke with a female victim, who said she had attended a party that evening with her boyfriend and a number of other people.
