Patrol Notes Sergeant Scott Durdall observed a man grabbing a small box from behind an electrical boxand running across General Sieben Drive and into awaiting car. Finding this activity to be just slightly suspicious, Sergeant Durdall stopped the car and soon learned the package was an electric razor the man admitted to taking from Walmart without permission. Even though the razor was taken back from the man, I guess you could still say he got clipped.
