Town and Country Mall is in the midst of a small-scale revival.
Over August, four new businesses sprouted near the Burnsville-Eagan border. Town and Country Mall is now home to a new Tires Plus, a consignment store and recent transplant from Savage called It's New to U, Phoenix Massage and Salon Julette, which is distinguishing itself by offering something called the Hairtini.

Burnsville's newest consignment store was an old standby in Savage until this summer. After four years in Burnsville's smaller neighbor, the owner (known even to her best customers as simply Ali) relocated the shop to the storefront that used to house Natalya's Gifts in the Town & Country Mall. She started renovations in July and officially reopened for business on Aug. 3.
