MNPLS Man Charged After Asking Strangers for Urine

Tuesday, authorities at the Dakota County Jail booked Francis Wolo Doe, a 51-year-old Minneapolis man accused of trying to hustle urine from strangers at a Burnsville transit station. Doe was arrested on a warrant this week on a charge stemming from the incident, which occurred in early fall. According to the criminal complaint, on Sept. 13, 2012, Burnsville police were called to the transit station after receiving reports of a male soliciting urine samples from passersby. The man was later identified as Doe, who was on supervised release from the Department of Corrections at the time. Doe told police that he had just given a urine to his probation officer though he initially denied propositioning anyone …

This criminal was harrassing fine upstanding citizens at a public transit station. He should be given the maximum sentance and not 1 day off for good behavior ! He should also have to pay the maximum fine ! Next time we may not be so lucky and he could be in a drug induced rage and push someone off the platform into the path of an oncoming bus, like on the east coast.   more ›
