Police say a Burnsville man cut himself in the process of breaking into an Apple Valley home and left a substantial trail of blood all over the house, from the window to the end of the driveway. Outhone Lee Sayachack, 24, was booked Monday on one charge of second-degree burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Authorities have been seeking Sayachack since the incident on July 5, 2012. Early that morning, police were called to an Apple Valley address on a report of a burglary. The homeowners said they returned home at about 3:30 a.m. and found the back window of home broken out and blood everywhere. Catrina Deloris Elwell, 26, faces one felony count of second-degree burglary and one felony count of theft for her alleged role in the pill theft. If convicted on the second degree burglary charge, she could face a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. An administrator at the senior living facility was tipped off by a resident at the facility, who allegedly complained earlier this summer that a prescription pill bottle containing 120 oxycodone pills went missing from her room. A 25-year-old Mound man was sentenced to 30 days in jail for trying to break into two Burnsville homes with only his feet and his bare hands on New Year's Day 2012. A Burnsville man has been charged with breaking into a Lakeville woman’s house and refusing to leave, taking the woman’s car and cell phone and preventing her from leaving. Daniel James Trucker, 45, is charged with two felonies: first-degree burglary, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $35,000 fine, and car theft, which has a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Lance Joseph Weingartz, 32, is charged with second-degree burglary, a felony with a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine, and interference with an emergency call, a gross misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of a year in jail and a $3,000 fine.
