Dakota County's Most Wanted—May 2013

This month, the Sherriff's Office is seeking a woman accused of felony identity theft who is the subject of six separate warrants.

The Dakota County Sheriff's Office has issued warrants for all the individual featured in this gallery. Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Alleged Identity Thieves

Sarah Marie Westfall, 33, and Shane Martin Kristiansen, 35, were spotted by police after the pair drove into a Holiday gas station during the wee hours of April Fool's Day—with the headlights out.

A chance encounter on April Fool's Day led police to two people with a trove of stolen mail, fake ID cards and counterfeit checks.  Sarah Marie Westfall, a 33-year-old Isanti woman, has been charged with identity theft, possession of stolen or counterfeit checks, and mail theft—all felonies. Her companion, 35-year-old Shane Martin Kristiansen, faces two charges for possession of stolen or counterfeit checks, one count of mail theft and a fourth charge for giving false identification to police. The pair were apprehended on April 1, after a Burnsville police officer saw a suspicious vehicle at the Crosstown Holiday Gas Station. The car had no headlights on, though it was well after midnight. Warrant Issued for Woman Accused of Jacking U.S. Marine Corps Car from Burnsville's Heart of the City

Tonya Annamae Losh, 33, has been MIA after failing to appear at her last court hearing in Dakota County.

Police are searching for a suspect in a string of thefts in Burnsville's Heart of the City—including the taking of a vehicle issued to the U.S. Marine Corps.  A warrant was issued after Fridley resident Tonya Annamae Losh, 33, after she missed a court hearing on Oct. 30. Losh was one of two women who allegedly went on a spree in Burnsville in early October, breaking into cars in a parking ramp before reappropriating a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu belonging to  U.S. Marine Corps recruiting center and driving it to Fridley. Police found Losh and accomplice Sarah Elizabeth Burrington, a 27-year-old Minneapolis resident, with the help of the stolen car’s GPS unit. Scott County's Most Wanted: Jason Bowman

The Scott County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information about Jason Bowman, a 30-year-old Elko man.

The Scott County Sherrif's Office is asking the public to help them locate Jason Bowman, who is wanted for failing to appear in court for a charge of probation violation. Most Wanted: Child Abuse Suspect On The Lam

Authorities are looking for Carlton Raymond Lewis, II—a man accused a beating two toddler girls so severely that one of them suffered brain damage.

Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Carlton Raymond Lewis II, an Apple Valley man who is wanted on charges of child abuse. Lewis, 23, is the subject of a nationwide arrest warrant. He fell off the radar shortly after he and live-in partner Ashley Marie Roff, 24, were arrested in September. The couple are accused of beating toddler girls—ages 2 and 3—with a belt and causing the 2-year-old to suffer a brain injury. Lewis is charged with five felonies: two counts of malicious punishment of a child causing bodily harm, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of child neglect. He is also charged with one gross misdemeanor count of malicious punishment of a child. Roff has been accounted for, but Lewis’ whereabouts …
