I purchased my condo recently and have had nothing but bad customer service from this property management. They are trying to take away my beloved service animal, going so far as to fine me and send me a letter threatening to have my dog removed. My civil rights are being stepped on and I will let everyone I know who will listen what is is like to live in this community. I paid cash for MY HOME. Now they are telling me how to live and getrid of my much beloved family member, my service dog ...do not buy your home here. You will not be happy here...it WILL NOT feel like YOUR home, regardless of if you pay for it in cash like I did or not. They are assholes here.

I, along with many others have lived at Ridgeview for many, many years. Though I sympathize with Mr Lundgren's situation, homeowners here have time after time voted to restrict dogs & cats to only one building. This restriction is clearly spelled out in all associated related documents. The homeowners make the rules based on State and City statutes - not the property management. Property management simply follows the rules adopted by the homeowner/owners. In recent years this association (homeowners) have concentrated on updating both it's infrastructure and outside appearance. This is a special challenge given the the current financial situation. Ridgeview is, in fact, a very pleasant city within a city place to live. Sid Olson
