Rattlers Fall To Patriots In Wednesday VFW Ball
Burnsville takes initial lead before succumbing to rally at Eagan.
The Burnsville VFW baseball team came up on the wrong side of a 3-1 loss at Eagan on Wednesday night in a battle of neighboring rivals.
Luke Teske gave the Rattlers a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning with an RBI single, but the Patriots rallied for two runs of their own in the bottom of the frame and tacked on one more later in the contest to claim the two-run victory.
Starting pitcher Aaron Rozek suffered the loss for Burnsville in the tightly-contested matchup.
