Burnsville, the No. 8-ranked team in Class AA hosts Prior Lake in its first South Suburban Conference home game. The Blaze entered the week on a four-game win streak after a season-opening loss at No. 5 Centennial, the Lakers won their season-opening tournament before narrowly losing to No. 1 Eden Prairie, 1-0, last week.

Alyssa Blahnik has been a one-girl wrecking crew for Burnsville, with 10 goals on 49 shots entering the week. Teammate Abby Soderholm logged three goals and five assists through the first six games.
BLAZE WIN IF…
Burnsville has averaged three goals per game this season, a total that Prior Lake has hit only once—in its season opener against Byron. If the Blaze can muster up three goals on Thursday, they should cruise to the win.
