Burnsville’s Northern Lights Volleyball Team Shines Across the Country

The team made it to the semifinals of this year's AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships and are headed to the U.S. Junior Olympic Championship.

The Northern Lights entered this year’s AAU Girls' Junior National Volleyball Championships with a 62-3 record. The team won its first 10 games at the tournament but lost Wednesday in the semifinals, according to AAU.

They’re now headed to Dallas to try to win the U.S. Junior Olympic Championship, which kicks off Friday.
