Five Burnsville Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent

Burnsville High School announced that five student athletes signed National Letters of Intent last Wednesday, indicating that they would play their respective sports at the NCAA Division I or II level colleges and universities. 

They are:

• Teeka Thompson - Girls Basketball at North Iowa Area Community College
• Jessica Buck - Girls Basketball at Jamestown College
• Bo Hellquist - Baseball at the University of Minnesota, Duluth
• Tyler Hill - Baseball at Truman State
• Cole O'Brien - cross country/track at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities

This is just the latest group of students to sign. Ten other students signed letters of intent with major athletic programs over the current school year — with one round of signings in and another in .
