With infinite varieties of personal reflection, how do you find the right form for you? At The Metamorphosis Center we have organized our favorites into ten categories: Insight, Guided, Chakra, Breathing, Movement, Focused, Mandala, Writing, Mantra, and Body Scan. Each Wednesday at 6:30pm we offer Experimenting with Meditation, an hour session focused on the basics of one category of meditation. The sessions include a brief history of the practice, opportunities to try the fundamentals with time for questions and discussion, and instructions on how to experiment on your own. Try each of the ten types of meditation for one week and find the best fit for your life.
The Experimenting with Meditation series repeats itself every ten weeks in case you miss a session. You can also Like Us on Facebook to receive a reminder with the featured meditation session for the week. No registration required. A $10 fee is payable upon the completion of each session.
