Public Hearings Highlight City Council Agenda

The Burnsville City Council will meet in regular session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A pair of public hearings highlight the agenda for Tuesday’s Burnsville City Council meeting.

Scheduled as part of the council’s regular agenda are public hearings to consider resellers licenses for Gold Buyers of America and Pro Paintball.

Also on the regular agenda is consideration of a Planned Unit Development amendment to allow a seasonal open air market at the Buck Hill ski area.

Other agenda items include:

• Recognizing Deputy City Manager Tom Hansen for 24 years of “excellent service” to the City of Burnsville.

• Presenting a State of Minnesota proclamation designating Burnsville as a Yellow Ribbon City.

• Proclaiming this week (May 20-26) as National Public Works Week in the city.

The council meets in regular session at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Parkway.
