Seven of the nine council candidates were on hand to discuss how the city can aid job growth and the local economy. Other portions of the forum addressed aging infrastructure and balancing the city budget with falling tax revenues. The Burnsville Chamber of Commerce and several of its members sponsored the forum, which took place early Wednesday at City Hall. Here is a snippet of the debate.
