Coughlin Sworn In

Attorney Bill Coughlin took his seat on the Burnsville City Council on Tuesday night after a brief ceremony. Coughlin won the seat in a special election in July, taking more than half the vote.

City Clerk Macheal Brooks administered the oath for Attorney Bill Coughlin, who was elected on July 26 to take the place of late-Council Member Charlie Crichton. Crichton died in March at the age of 83.
