Buses Rerouted Off Cedar Avenue Starting Monday Due to Construction
Northbound bus stops at 147th, 142nd and 140th will close beginning Monday until construction is complete.
Burnsville bus riders, take note. Starting Monday, buses will stop picking up and dropping off along northbound Cedar Avenue while construction on the road continues.
Routes 442, 465, 476, 477, 479 and 480 buses will be detoured, "in an attempt to avoid traffic back ups along Cedar Ave" according to the MVTA website.

Right now, northbound Cedar between 150th and Upper 136th streets is reduced to two lanes beginning Wednesday, which is slated to continue through summer.
Lane closures also continue on southbound Cedar between 147th Street and Whitney Drive, and northbound between 155th and 150th streets.
