Decker died Nov. 29, 2012, after he was shot while responding to a call at a bar. So far, the investigation has not yielded anything conclusive, though one "person of interest" killed himself after a standoff in early January. The case remains unsolved.

The tournament starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, at Apple Valley High School (14450 Hayes Road). The public is invited and admission is free.
