Interactive Map: Burnsville Police Activity (April 25, 2012)

During April, the Burnsville Police Department saw a spate of dog bites, burglaries, one peeing tom and one missing person.

The pins are color coded: Red indicates an arrest, green represents a car accident, the aqua color stands for a lost or missing person and yellow pins stand for a felony-level incident. Purple indicates a death investigation.

Blue pins stand for smaller, miscellaneous incidents—vandalism, harassment, trespassing, etc. The only crimes omitted are "thefts of movable property" which are too numerous to tabulate.
