Two Burnsville Residents Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine
McCelendon Miller, 26, and Kelly Suzette Chase, 28, were indicted in federal court after authorities seized 249 grams of cocaine from their Burnsville apartment.
A Burnsville couple has been sentenced for their role in a cocaine distribution ring.
On Monday, a federal judge sentenced 26-year-old McCelendon Miller to 52 months in prison for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute. Co-conspirator Brian Funtaneous Mack, was sentenced to 51 months.
Miller's girlfriend, Kelly Suzette Chase, 28, received a probationary sentence.

All three pleaded guilty to the charges in September of 2012. Between January 2012 to Feb. 9, 2012 Miller arranged to get a large amount of cocaine from a source in Chicago. Chase obtained the drugs from Mack after Miller was arrested. On Miller's advice, she stowed it in their Burnsville apartment. The load was seized on Feb. 9, 2012, when authorities raided the residence. In all, 249 grams of cocaine was found locked in a safe.
