• A warrant has been issued for Devon Thomas Finucane, a 27-year-old man charged with felony domestic assault charges after he allegedly strangled the mother of his child during an argument in June.

Finucane was released on June 24 after posting a $25,000 bond. A Dakota County Judge issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear at a pre-trial hearing on July 20.

Finucane is a white male who weighs 210 pounds and stands six feet two inches tall. He has brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call the Dakota County Sheriff's Office at 651-438-TIPS.

• A Burnsville woman facing second-degree assault charges has been released. On July 18, Dakota County judge assigned an order for the release of Lisa Breen, age 26, who was arrested after she allegedly stabbed herself and her husband.

She will face the court again on Aug. 8, when she is scheduled for an omnibus hearing.

• Antoine Montrell Goodman has pleaded guilty to a first-degree drug charge and unlawful possession of a firearm. The court dismissed a charge of child endangerment.

The 20-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested in May after a routine traffic stop turned up 25 grams of cocaine and .9-mm semi-automatic. You can read the original story .

For the first charge, Goodman was sentenced to 94 months in the prison at St. Cloud — about eight years. For the weapons charge, he was sentenced to 60 months, a term that will be served concurrently with the first sentence. He will also get credit for 64 days already served.

He was ordered to report to the prison on July 18.

• An Aug. 9 jury trial for Andrew Worcester has been canceled. The Burnsville man and his wife were accused of child neglect after police found their developmentally delayed 7-year-old son locked in a filthy room, covered with sores and wearing a diaper filled with his own waste.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges on May 2. He is scheduled for a settlement conference on Oct. 19. If Worcester’s attorney does not come to an agreement with the state, Worcester will face the jury on his new trial date, Nov. 8.

• On July 25, Michael Damien Mitchell pleaded guilty to felony domestic abuse charges. Mitchell was arrested in March after he attacked an Eagan woman, ripping out clumps of her hair and putting his hands around her neck. You can read the original story .

Mitchell will be sentenced on Sept. 27.
