Car V. Bike Accident on Cliff Road Leaves One Injured
Wednesday afternoon, Cliff was the scene of a rush hour crash between a car and a bicyclist.
Rush hour traffic snarled from Cliff Drive in Eagan to in Burnsville after a bicyclist was struck by a car on Cliff Road Wednesday afternoon. The accident between the cyclist and a gray Lincoln MKX SUV occurred during rush hour, around 4:50 p.m.
Police say the bicyclist was riding against traffic along the shoulder of Cliff Road when the individual either struck or was struck by an SUV turning off of Cliff Drive. The bicyclist was transported to Regions Hospital with a broken leg, according to Eagan Police Department Lt. Duane Pike.
