Bracht initially denied taking any computers from the school. However, when police confronted him with inconsistencies in his story, he admitted that he and Gula were in the school on May 18 and that they had taken the computers, according to the complaint.

Gula subsequently admitted to police that he and Bracht had taken the computers.

Both men are scheduled to make first appearances on the charges Nov. 14 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings.
