September 25

• BPD arrested a 20-year-old New Prague man for possessing marijuana. The man was pulled over for speeding.
• A 51-year-old Eagan man and a 49-year-old Richfield man were arrested for fifth degree assault.
• A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

September 26

• A 22-year-old New Brighton man was arrested for domestic assault by strangulation. Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" was listed as one of his favorite books on his Facebook profile.

September 27

• A 22-year-old and a 31-year-old from Burnsville was arrested for drving while under the influence of alcohol.
• A 41-year-old Lakeville woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and fifth degree assault.

September 28

• A 19-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for consuming liquor.

September 29

• A 45-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for driving while high on marijuana and drunk.

September 30

• A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia.

October 1

• A 33-year-old Fridley woman and a 27-year-old Minneapolis woman were arrested for driving a motor vehicle without owner consent.
• A 58-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for refusing to submit to a DWI test.
