Robert Francis "Artie" Alton, 75, of Burnsville, passed away on July 12, 2012 at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; son, John (Susan); daughters: Mary Grace and Kathleen Alton, and Ann (Mike) Coon; six grandchildren; siblings, Kathleen (Bill) Orme and Harry (Maggie) Alton.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Mae.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012 at in Burnsville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. He will be interred Fort Snelling.
