Michael J. Myers, 85, of Burnsville, died on Sept. 4, 2012. Myers was a World War II Navy Veteran.
He is preceded in death by parents, Michael and Mary Myers; brothers, Lawrence and Paul; sisters, Eileen Palenko and D’Ann Liptrap.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Alice; sons, Michael (Jane) and Timothy; daughters, Mary Myers and Connie (Christopher) Doman; ten grandchildren and two-great-grandchildren; his sister, Kathleen (Martin) Carlton; nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Sept. 11, at . He was interred at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
