Burnsville resident Audrey C. LaValle died on July 10, 2011 at the age of 78. She is survived by: Children, Kathy, Maureen (Jeff) Stassen, Jim (Diana), Patrick (Pam) & Daniel (Cammie); grandchildren, Aaron, Lucas, Lauren, Kallie, Jon, Connor, Jena & Kylie; brothers, Bob (Bev) Reid, Jack (Sima) Reid & Greg (Dianne) Reid; & many nieces & nephews. A mass of Christian burial was held in her memory at Mary, Mother of the Church on Monday, July 18, 2011. She was buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Rosemary C. Altenhofen

Burnsville resident Rosemary "Rosie" C. Altenhofen died on July 11, 2011at the age of 83. She is survived by: Sister, Madelon Byrne, nephews, Dan (Susan), Greg (Michelle) Byrne, Mike (Mari), Dale (Brenda) and Andy (Kim) Altenhofen; niece, Terry Altenhofen; and 15 great nephews and nieces. A mass of Christian burial was held in her honor on Friday, July 15, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Minneapolis. She was interred at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Cecelia Ellen Berres

Cecelia Ellen Berres died on July 11, 2011 at the age of 82. Her hometown is listed as Orchard Lake. She is survived by: Husband John; daughters: Susan (Joe) Hollinger, Donna (Craig) Pumper, Joan (Paul) Tupy, Jane Rezac, Mary (Brent) Dack, Carol (Bruce) Peterson; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister Delores Gerdesmeier. A mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 14, 2011, at the Church of the Annunciation in Hazelwood with Fr. Thomas Reyer officiating. She was buried in the Annunciation church cemetery.

Shelley Ann Ancel

Shelley Ann Ancel, age 60, died on June 29, 2011. She originally hailed from the Webster/Northfield area. She is survived by: Husband, James; sons: Jamie (Katie), Sean (Edith), Spencer (Beatriz); 8 grandchildren; mother, Lavona Pumper; sister, Karen (Mike) Eischens; brother, Dean Pumper (Melissa). Funeral services for Ancel were held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Webster with Rev. Donavon Riley officiating. She was buried in St. John’s Cemetery in Webster.
