We'll create more than 20 appetizers that require less than 20 minutes, from start to finish! You can serve these appetizers as a first course or a snack for family and friends. You could even create a complete buffet. Our selections will included recipes for spreads, hearty appetizers, dips, dippers, nibbles, hot appetizers and more! Enjoy samples during the class or enjoy them at home.

Instructor Laurel severson is a home economist with more than 15 years of experience in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She has been teaching cooking classes in the Twin Citites for an umber of years and is an avid cookbook collector.
