“Be the Hands to Change the World” will take place Wednesday, February 6, through Saturday, February 9, in the Prince of Peace sanctuary, at 13901 Fairview Drive, Burnsville. Working in two-hour shifts, 5,000 volunteers age five and older will measure ingredients, fill bags, seal bags, pack boxes and stack pallets. The meals, costing 22 cents each, will be funded entirely through donations from individuals, groups and organizations, with a goal of $175,000.
