Learn to prepare over 20 appetizers that require less than 20 minutes, from start to finish! Serve these as a first course or create an appetizer buffet! Our selections include recipes for spreads, hearty appetizers, dips, dippers, nibbles, hot appetizers and more! Taste as you go or take your samples home. We'll also provide you with special tips on creating an appetizer party! Your tuition includes all fresh food costs. ($11 or so).
Class is held at Burnsville High School, Room G140 and is taught by Laurel Severson; a home economist with over 15 years of experience in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing.
