One local woman can thank two good Samaritans for saving her life. The unnamed woman, from Hastings, was driving when her car flew off the road and into a drainage ditch. The driver was trapped inside the car, which soon began to sink. Two witnesses jumped in to save her. The woman was pulled from the car, suffering from leg pain, but otherwise uninjured.
