Man Accused of Pawning Grandfather’s Guns
Christopher James Braun, 20, of Rosemount has been charged with two felony counts for allegedly taking the guns from a Lakeville home and pawning them at a Burnsville pawn shop.

St. Paul Woman Charged With Writing Fraudulent Checks at Lakeville Store
Alexandria Mary Pflepsen-Warnecke, 20, allegedly wrote two bad checks totalling more than $2,000 before being denied writing another by a store clerk.

Rosemount

Police: Rosemount Man Beat 13-Year-Old With Boxing Gloves
A Rosemount man is accused of throwing a 13-year-old child against a wall, then hitting the boy with boxing gloves in order to teach the child a lesson about "being a man."

Victim in Fatal Collision Near Rosemount Identified
The woman killed in an Empire Township crash on Thursday has been identified as Angela Nicole Wear, 32, of Inver Grove Heights.
