Over August, four new businesses sprouted near the Burnsville-Eagan border. Town and Country Mall is now home to a new Tires Plus, a consignment store and recent transplant from Savage called , Phoenix Massage and Salon Julette, which is distinguishing itself by offering something called the Hairtini.
