Orquesta Buena Vista Social Club

The group features 15 musicians from Cuba. At the forefront are four highly skilled musicians all original Buena Vista Social Club members: Latin Grammy Award winners Omara Portuondo and Eliades Ochoa, trumpeter Guajiro Mirabal, and laud virtuoso Barbarito Torres.

Showtime: Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m.

Rhythmic Circus

Rhythmic Circus’ Feet don’t Fail Me Now features rapid-fire tap from four award-winning dancers, a one-man beat-box phenomenon and an infectious six-piece band that channels everything from funk to blues, and rock and roll to salsa, audiences of all ages agree that it excites, energizes and inspires at every turn. 

Showtime: Saturday, Oct. 5 at 7:30 p.m.

The Girl Singers

Making a return to the Burnsville Performing Arts Center (BPAC) stage is The Girl Singers’ Broadways Best! In this latest creation, Colleen Raye, Debbie O’Keefe and Katie Gearty walk you through some of the all-time great songs of Broadway. Included are songs from My Fair Lady, West Side Story, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Wicked, Rent, Grease, Mamma Mia, Cabaret and Chicago. The Girl Singers, accompanied by a trio of accomplished musicians including Musical Director Norton Lawellin, go from powerful ballads to show stopping high-energy tunes.  

Showtimes: Friday, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Ricky Skaggs and Bruce Hornsby

Country and bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs and renowned pianist and songwriter Bruce Hornsby, fellow friends and Grammy winners, have collaborated with Skagg's band Kentucky Thunder for brand new tunes and traditional bluegrass classics. The pair blend songs drawn from deep roots in mountain music, adding piano and Hornsby’s inimitable songwriting to Skaggs’ instrumental core of mandolin, guitar, bass fiddle and banjo into a musical feast.

Showtime: Saturday, Nov. 2 at 7:30 p.m.
