Editor's note: Each week, Burnsville Patch will post the profile of a child on the waiting list for a mentor through Kids 'n Kinship, an Apple Valley-based organization that matches kids in the south metro with adult mentors.

Interests: Anna loves arts and crafts, animals, going fun places, playing soccer and being outside, either swimming, biking, ice skating or sledding.

Personality: She's a friendly, creative, well-behaved girl who is a big helper at home with her mom and baby sister.

Goals/Dreams: Anna's goal is to someday be in the Olympics for soccer.

Looking For: A couple or individual female mentor who likes to be active outdoors.

For More Information: Anna is one of 57 children waiting for a mentor through Kids ‘n Kinship, a private nonprofit serving Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Farmington, Lakeville and Rosemount in Dakota County for 39 years. Mentors can volunteer as individuals, couples, or families for weekly fun and enriching activities at home or in the community on their own schedules.
