Owner Liz Kohagen uses fresh ingredients for made-to-order, specialty waffles and lunch items. Some customer favorites include the Peanut Butter, Banana & Honey waffle and the Bacon Cheddar waffle. Small groups of up to eight people can reserve the "Green Room," where artwork from local artists hangs on the walls. Bring a friend along for a cup of joe and borrow one of the board games available, or curl up on the comfy couch with an espresso, and read a book from the book exchange shelf. Take it home to finish it, and bring it back the next time you stop in for the meat-lovers waffle. The cafe also features Wi-Fi and has high chairs for the tots.
