Burnsville resident Jacquelyn Ann Buckley, age 58, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Aug. 29, 2012.

She is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Churchwell.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; sons, Aaron and Nathan Buckley; siblings, Jerri (Kent) Daniels, Calvin Churchwell, and Chris (Christine) Churchwell; also by other loving family and many friends.

A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at Faith Covenant Church. Services also will be planned for Springfield Missouri for early next week. Please call Greenlawn Funeral Home North in Springfield, MO for details.
