Drivers should expect major changes on Nicollet Avenue over the next month-and-a-half.

City crews are installing watermain from Burnsville Parkway to an underground water storage facility just north of Civic Center Parkway. Consequently, the road from Burnsville Parkway and Civic Center Parkway will be reduced to one lane in each direction for the next six weeks. A number of tributary streets will be cut off at Nicollet as well, specifically 129th Steet and Arbor Lane. In addition, the 130th Street stop light will be out of service.
