Most Wanted: Child Abuse Suspect On The Lam

Authorities are looking for Carlton Raymond Lewis, II—a man accused a beating two toddler girls so severely that one of them suffered brain damage.

Carlton Raymond Lewis II, 23, is wanted for five felony charges: two counts of malicious punishment of a child causing bodily harm, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of child neglect. He stands five feet, nine inches tall and weighs approximately 168 pounds. Dakota County Jail

Leslie Joseph Jandert, 53, is wanted for felony criminal sexual conduct in which he allegedly used force or coercion on a victim who was 13 to 15 years old. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 205 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. Warrant issued on Feb. 25, 2009. He is known to frequent Apple Valley. Credit Dakota County Jail
Myriah Michelle Mcgee, 21, stands five feet, five inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds, with naturally black hair and brown eyes. She goes by several aliases including Myraha Bishir, Myraha Michelle Mcgee, and Myriah Bishir. She is wanted for obstructing the legal process and failure to appear, both felonies. Mcgee is known to frequent Farmington. Credit Dakota County Jail
Jaime Vincente Murillo, 38, is wanted for second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and domestic abuse. He is a white male who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and green eyes. Credit Dakota County Jail
Johnny Rambahal, 25, is wanted on two counts of probation violation. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Credit Dakota County Jail

Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Carlton Raymond Lewis II, an Apple Valley man who is wanted on charges of child abuse.

Lewis, 23, is the subject of a nationwide arrest warrant. He fell off the radar shortly after he and live-in partner Ashley Marie Roff, 24, were arrested in September. The couple are accused of beating toddler girls—ages 2 and 3—with a belt and causing the 2-year-old to suffer a brain injury.

Lewis is charged with five felonies: two counts of malicious punishment of a child causing bodily harm, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of child neglect. He is also charged with one gross misdemeanor count of malicious punishment of a child.

Roff has been accounted for, but Lewis’ whereabouts remain unknown. Anyone with information is asked to contact local police.
