More Gridlock in Store for Northbound Highway 77
Motorists will likely encounter traffic delays on Sept. 24, when the heavily-trafficked highway is reduced to a single lane.
Commuters take note.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation advises drivers to expect delays on northbound Highway 77, which will be reduced to a single lane between 138th Street and Diffley Road beginning at 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24. In addition, the ramp from northbound Highway 77 to Diffley Road and the ramp from Cliff Road to northbound Highway 77 also will close at 5 a.m.
The agency will be working on concrete repairs. The lanes will reopen by Sept. 28. The ramps will be back in action by Sept. 29.
